17th of Tammuz Sanctuary Service & Zoom (Fast Day)

Sunday, June 27, the 17th of Tammuz (Shiva Asar b’Tammuz), is a fast day commemorating the breach of the walls of Jerusalem in the year 70 CE, three weeks before the destruction of the Second Temple on the 9th of Av.

Our service, which will begin at 9 am as usual on a Sunday morning, will be in the sanctuary. There will be a Torah reading and a haftorah; the service should last for about 1 hour.
