Shavuot with Kids from B’nai Jacob & Or Shalom

See old friends and make new ones at a joint celebration of Shavuot with other Conservative synagogues in the New Haven area!

On the afternoon of Sunday, May 16, Erev Shavuot, from 2 to 4 pm, meet at Congregation B’nai Jacob for an outdoor Ice Cream Social and Shavuot Party.

We will enjoy ice cream bars in the Shavuot tradition of dairy treats, and join in Shavuot-themed crafts and games. This event will take place in the parking lot of B’nai Jacob, 75 Rimmon Road in Woodbridge, with participants from BEKI, B’nai Jacob, and Or Shalom. This event is intended for children with their parents and families. Masks will be worn by adults and by children age 5 and above.
