Kadima קדימה & USY – Old

Kadima (grades 6-8) and United Synagogue Youth (BEKI–BJ USY) (grades 9-12) enable youth to plan and hold educational, public service, worship and social events with adult guidance and supervision locally, regionally and nationally. BEKI youth share a chapter with neighboring Congregation B’nai Jacob in Woodbridge.

The Kadima and USY chapters have won numerous awards in recent years.

Kadima and USY are supported by the George G. Posener Kadima & United Synagogue Youth Fund, the Tillie Dworski Horwitz & Edward Horwitz Endowment, and the Gilah Benson-Tilsen Fund for Youth, which are endowments managed for BEKI by the Jewish Foundation of Greater New Haven.
